Patients presenting with mutilated dentition are more frequently seeking orthodontic treatment. What can you offer these patients? This lecture is clinically oriented and presents multiple cases where missing teeth caused an aesthetic and/or functional problem while complicating the treatment due to a significant lack of orthodontic anchorage.
