Orthodontists play a crucial role in the treatment of pediatric sleep disordered breathing (SDB) patients. Every orthodontist has patients with sleep disordered breathing abnormalities in their practice, diagnosed and undiagnosed. This presentation will focus on strategies to enlarge the upper airway. Current therapies for pediatric SDB will be reviewed.
