Creating an Effective "Recall" System

With effective systems in labeling different types of pre-treatment patients or patients in between phases, offices can gain a more organized way of scheduling these important patients on a regular basis.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify different types of pre-treatment patients and know when and where to schedule them appropriately.
  • Gain control of your "recall" system to make sure you are staying connected with these soon to be active patients in your practice.
  • Glean some new ideas on how to best market to these different categories of "recall" patients.
