Description

Orthodontic-Orthognatic surgery treatment necessitate virtual treatment planning and decompensation of the malocclusion to achieve optimal surgical outcome. Upper and incisor position prior to surgery affect the amount of skeletal movement achieve during surgery. Treatment planning ideal position the incisors, flat plane of occlusion permits ideal skeletal change and minimize orthodontic treatment necessary after surgery.
