Such negativity can contaminate your office. When someone focuses on what’s wrong rather than on what’s right, she becomes a negative influence on others as well. In this presentation, you will discover the three reasons why a team member might have a Bad Attitude and what strategies you can use to remedy the situation. In one of these instances, all your efforts will fail, and the employee’s attitude will warrant dismissal.
