For the first time in history, we have four generations working side-by-side in business. At work, generational differences can affect everything, including recruiting, building teams, dealing with change and motivation. There is a high likelihood that these differences will increase misunderstandings, turnover, commitment and enthusiasm in the workplace. We need to understand how the different generations act and "react" in order to be a high performing team!
